Extremely helpful and cheerful staff. Breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel - amazing selection of continental including smoked salmon, several kinds of cheese and cold meat plus salad. Lovely selection of fruit and pastries. Smoothie as well as fruit juice. Perfectly clean. Lovely bathroom. Good spa.

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Firstly the hotel was easy to find. The car park is underneath the hotel with easy access by lift or stairs to reception on the ground floor. Check in was very straightforward and the staff member was very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early so our rooms were not ready, but we were given lots of information about the parking charges, dinner options, breakfast times and gym/pool access etc. We were also given a map with details of how to get to Cambridge centre and some of the best places to visit. The hotel is in a great location just a 10 to 15 minute stroll to the centre of Cambridge where you can shop til you drop or visit the many museums and famous university colleges. The atmosphere at the hotel is lovely with room to relax and have a quiet drink, or have a game of pool, gym or swim if you fancy something a bit more energetic. The restaurant is very nice, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Our room was also great. Equipped with a kitchen consisting of fridge, hob, microwave, sink unit and dishwasher if you fancy a self catering option. The room was very comfortable with first class fixtures and fittings in the large bathroom, plenty of storage space and a very comfortable bed. I could not fault this hotel and all the staff were very friendly and professional, a pleasure to deal with.

It was a very comfortable hotel to stay in, and was only a 10 min walk from the Town Centre. Room was excellent and clean. Managed to also use the Pool, Sauna & Steam Room but pick your timings as all are small and if busy will not be pleasant. Couldn’t really fault anything. Tip - if you park at the Hotel, you get 24hours from when you go into the Car Park. If you ask Reception nicely, they’ll give you an extra 2 hours parking for free above the 24hrs

The pool, sauna and steam room were lovely. The cafe was also really nice - lovely coffee. The room was spacious, had everything we needed and was clean and comfy. Lovely dinner room service, the food was amazing.

The whole suite was comfortable, clean, tidy, and had everything we needed in it. The bed was large and very comfortable, exactly like our bed at home (we rarely find a bed to match ours!) The staff were very helpful. Car parking was secure. Everywhere within the hotel was clean and tidy.
